Is there a limit to how much money I can collect with my money pot?
You can collect a maximum of £1000. To increase this ceiling to £30,000, you need to have a verified Lydia account. To verify your account, please send your proof of identity and proof of address to support@cagnotte.me
Are there minimum and maximum amounts for the people contributing to the money pot?
If you have a limited Lydia account, the amount you can contribute is between £0.50 and €150. If you have a verified account, the amount you can contribute is between £0.50 and £500. To verify your account, please send your proof of identity and proof of address to support@cagnotte.me
Who can contribute to my money pot?
Anybody with the URL of your money pot can contribute to it by making a secure payment by card or with their Lydia account. Share the link of the money pot by email, SMS, or social media.
How do I transfer money from my money pot?
As soon as your money pot exceeds £1, you can choose to transfer part or the total sum of your money pot to your bank account or your Lydia account if you have the app.
How do I log in to my money pot?
From your dedicated money pot URL, click on "Organiser access" on the top right hand corner of the page. Log in to access your dashboard and see the transactions and withdrawals.
Can I create several money pots at the same time?
Yes, of course! You can create multiple money pots on cagnotte.me, and you manage each page independently. Just make sure you've made a note of the different URLs.
